Probably easier to ask what type of products or merchandise are NOT allowed?
Items depicting nudity or lewdness, drug-related paraphernalia or vaping products/accessories, guns, ammunition, explosives, grocery items labeled “Made in Mexico”, live animals, counterfeit merchandise, games of chance or skill, raffles, lotteries or auctions, political, religious soliciting materials. These are restricted items and are not allowed.
May I rent just a
table and not an entire booth?
Booth spaces are 10 x 10
Tables are available at an additional fee of $10
You may bring your own tables
Tables may not be rented without booth space rental
Set up is Friday noon to 6pm -- Move out is Saturday 4pm to 7pm

Application & Contract
Vendor/Exhibitor Agreement: As a vendor I agree to advertise the event to my customers, friends & family on my social networks, Facebook, twitter, email addresses & contacts, etc. Vendor advertisement for the show must begin no later than 3 weeks prior to show date.
General Release, Hold Harmless, Non Compete
By submitting my application and contract, I agree to the following, the exhibitor does hereby discharge, release and hold harmless, MONTAGE FESTIVALS, LLC (all cities, property owners and associations) and all co-sponsors from any and all manner of action, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damages or claims to the person or property of the undersigned while in possession or under the supervision of the sponsors during the event, and hereby consents to enforcement of all rules of this event. In addition to the general release & hold harmless agreement, I agree to a standard non compete agreement for a term of no less than 3 years. There are no rain dates or refunds. There will be no refunds or credits if a show is cancelled due to rain, floods, hurricanes, severe weather storms, ice &/or snow storms or any other forces of nature. There will be no refunds on exhibitor cancellation or no show. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY EXHIBITOR CAUSING ANY PROBLEMS TO FELLOW EXHIBITORS OR MANAGEMENT. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations set forth in this General Release may result in expulsion from any and/or all events. The exhibitor understands that if this application is not accepted, all fees will be returned. If accepted, MONTAGE FESTIVALS LLC has my permission to reproduce pictures of my exhibit and/or my product for the purpose of advertising and marketing the event past, present or future. MONTAGE FESTIVALS also has my permission to publish photographs or videos taken of me, my product &/or booth/exhibit during the event for purposes related to promotion of the event(s), past or future.

Exhibitor Rules
Booth Fee must be paid at time of application. Shows are closed when full. |

Application is commitment to exhibit. No transfers or refunds on booth fee. No booth sharing. |

If you are not accepted into a show, your booth fee will be returned to you. |
|
Pre-Packaged food items are permitted. You are responsible for any and all permits and licensing from the City/County & State Health Departments that are required if you are giving away samples. Items prepared in home kitchens are NOT allowed. Only items prepared in commercial kitchens that are licensed and inspected are allowed. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to be in compliance with all state and local health department requirements. |

Sales tax is the responsibility of the exhibitor. |

Changes to this information will be disclosed to parties involved as soon as it becomes available to us. |

Promoter is NOT responsible or liable for the loss or damage to exhibitor's property from theft, mysterious disappearances, or damages by fire, water, accident, or any other cause. Exhibitor is responsible for the payment of any damage charges assessed by the market venue for accidental damage caused by exhibitor or for failure to observe the rules and regulations for the construction and operations of his/her booth. All rules will be strictly enforced. |

The approved exhibitor will occupy his/her booth at all times. No advertisement of other events is allowed. unless approved in advance by management! |
All work, display and storage will not go beyond the assigned exhibitor space. |

Exhibitors are not allowed to bring pets or any animals to show site. |
|
Overnighters will observe RV etiquette at all times. No noise. No trash will be left behind. |
|
Exhibitors will park in exhibitor parking area. No Exceptions! |
|
Exhibitors by categories are limited to balance show. Please reserve your booth early. |
|
All applications will be reviewed and/or juried, prior to acceptance. |
|
Failure to comply with rules or unruly behavior including intoxication or verbal abuse by the exhibitor or any assistants will cause immediate expulsion from the show and will eliminate exhibitor from future events. |
|
All materials used must be flame resistant. No open flames of any kind allowed. |
|
Management will make final interpretation of rules. |
|
Set Up and Break Down times will be strictly enforced. |
|
Breakdown will not begin until the end of the show. All exhibits and merchandise must be tasteful and appropriate for all ages. Management reserves the right to request removal of items that are inappropriate. The show director will have the final decision on safety issues.
