PLEASE READ ~ COMPLETE BOOTH SET UP PURPOSEE

A complete booth set up includes a backdrop &/or equivalent merchandising. The purpose is to present an upscale and fabulous presentation of your booth so the customer FOCUS is on you and your product. If the customer FOCUS is on YOU ~ they are not looking at the booth behind OR beside you. The overall presentation of the show is what keeps the customers engaged and creates a happy enjoyable shopping experience. A complete booth set up includes a BACKDROP and/or EQUIVALENT MERCHANDISING for a boutique/gallery booth presentation. IE: back of booth panels OR an easy up (pop up tent) with a backdrop & TOP no empty tent top frames please, they should be covered &/or decorated with curtains or fabric or screens or a banner, etc BE CREATIVE   

All tables must be covered completely to the floor

No handwritten sale signs are allowed

 No outdoor type chairs in booth unless it is an outside event

Social Media event marketing participation is required by the exhibitor

EXHIBITOR MARKETING RULE: Exhibitor Agreement: As an exhibitor I agree to advertise the event to my customers, friends & family on my social networks, Facebook, twitter, email addresses & contacts, etc. Exhibitor advertisement for the show must begin no later than 3 weeks prior to show date. 

General Release, Hold Harmless, Non Compete 

By submitting my application, contract and/or booth payment,  I agree to the following, the exhibitor does hereby discharge, release and hold harmless, MONTAGE FESTIVALS, LLC  (all cities, property owners  and associations) and all co-sponsors from any and all manner of action, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damages or claims  to the person or property of the undersigned while in possession or under the supervision of the sponsors during the event, and hereby consents to enforcement of all rules of this event. In addition to the general release & hold harmless agreement, I agree to a standard non compete agreement for a term of no less than 3 years. There are no rain dates or refunds. There will be no refunds or credits if a show is cancelled due to rain, floods, hurricanes, severe weather storms, ice &/or snow storms or any other forces of nature. There will be no refunds on exhibitor cancellation or no show. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY EXHIBITOR CAUSING ANY PROBLEMS TO FELLOW EXHIBITORS OR MANAGEMENT. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations set forth in this General Release may result in expulsion from any and/or all events. The exhibitor understands that if this application is not accepted, all fees  will be returned. If accepted, MONTAGE FESTIVALS LLC has my permission to reproduce pictures of my exhibit and/or my product for the  purpose of advertising and marketing the event past, present or future. MONTAGE FESTIVALS also has my permission to publish photographs or videos taken of me, my product &/or booth/exhibit during the event for purposes related to promotion of the event(s), past or future.
